Mission

It is our profound hope to be able to provide you with an information rich experience within these pages. Our membership is growing fast and the only ingredient missing is you! Whether you are a beginner, very experienced, or somewhere in between, come learn, share and grow with us.

The mission of the American Clivia Society is to bring together, in person and via the internet individuals interested in keeping, collecting, and caring for any of the six species and interspecific crosses of Clivia :

1. Clivia caulescens
2. Clivia gardenii
3. Clivia miniata
4. Clivia mirabilis
5. Clivia nobilis
6. Clivia robusta

Our purpose is to provide education, information, and help facilitate a means for members to share rare plant material, seed, carry out fund raisers to maintain an internet presence and carry out activities that foster an interest in Clivia.

We are the American Clivia Society an organization infused with the nationalities of the world; our membership is open to all nationalities, joined through the internet and bound with a common interest in Clivia.

The institution of membership fees has not yet been instituted, therefore anyone may request membership by clicking the "contact us" link at the top and bottom of each page.
